Lovely stay in Cartagena
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The range of breakfast options was the best out of all places we went to on this trip. More things we liked: - late checkout - comfortable bed - proximity to the sights and boats heading to the islands - amazing sunset views from the infinity pool - very quiet at night - the concierge provided really good recommendations.
the gym was too small and the equipment is rather old, our bedroom didn't have any natural light as our window faced a very close wall, too many birds flying and eating the food during breakfast.

Nice location, friendly staff
Very nice hotel, good location, close to the walled city and e.g. Plaza de la Trinidad in Getsemani. The staff is absolutely friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and all amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast is rich in variety, additional specialties could be ordered on demand.
A bit noisy from the hallway as our room was close to the elevator.
